Snoozi is built to collect as little as possible. The free calculator runs entirely in your browser — your bedtime, wake time, chronotype answers and sleep debt numbers never leave your device and are not stored on our servers.
What we collect
When you buy a Sleep Reset Plan or another paid guide, our payment provider processes your card details (we never see or store them). We record the email you enter at checkout, your chronotype and debt severity so we can match you to the correct plan, an order identifier, and the payment status. This lets us deliver your download link and recover access if you lose it.
How we use it
We use the information collected at checkout solely to deliver your purchase, provide a recovery link, and keep a record for support and fraud prevention. We do not use your data to build marketing profiles or sell it to anyone.
Downloads
Paid plan PDFs are stored privately and are only ever served through short-lived, signed links tied to a verified purchase, or through a permanent recovery token linked to your order.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage, such as which pages are visited. This is not linked to your identity or your purchase.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of the data tied to your purchase using the Contact link in the footer, quoting the email you used at checkout.
Children
Snoozi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
